I would like to rent a room which is one of my flat.
Is there anyone who wants to share the flat with me?
＜Access＞
・Ooimachi station of JR Keihin-tohoku line, Rinkai line, Tokyu-Ooimachi line / on foot about 7-8 minutes
・Aomono-yokocho station of Keikyu line / on foot 5-6 minutes
You can access Tokyo station by 15 minutes and you can go to Shibuya, Shin-jyuku and Ikebukuro directly by Rinkai line.
You can arrive at almost of center of Yamanote line within 30 minutes.
It is convenient to go to Haneda airport and Narita airport.
＜About room＞
・The ninth floor of 11 stories、2LDK （It is beautiful of night view of Shinagawa）
・room fee: 50000 yen per month
plus facility, electric, gas and water fee (about less than 10000 yen per month
・I offer you Tatami room (6 tatami mats + I tatami Japanese style closet
・Bath type: It is not what is called UNITE-BATH, but bath and toilet are same space.
・Living room is a little bit wide. I have a grand piano.
・I posses Landry microwave oven, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner etc…
You can use these facilities.
・You can use kitchen goods, pan, kettle, dishes and cups etc…if you do not mind to share with me.
・The Access environment of Internet: ADSL
＜circumstances＞
・supermarket: ItoYokado, SEIYU (opened at 10:00 am and closed at 11:00 pm)
・convenience store: Family mate, ampm, LOWSON, seven-eleven
・Drugstore, cleaning shop and several kinds of clinics are available near station.
＜Recruitment condition＞
I do not care at all generation, sexes and nationality. But I request the share mate to have common sense and manner which is needed to live with someone.
(cf. cleanness, non-smokers, no drugs, Junkie etc…)
You need to prepare a granter. And Deposit is one moth room fee
I have experience sharing for 5 years. First I shared with Japanese women then I lived with European guy. I had been home staying in Canada and USA.
