- Three rooms for house share on the second floor of an older private house are availabe from November by the owner for individual use.
- Residence is 8 minutes on foot from the popular Jiyugaoka station.
- Each 6 -tatami mat size room has its own key and shower booth and toilet!

* The western style rooms have higher ceilings and windows on 3 sides of the room.
The Japanese room leads to its own balcony and has a "horigotatsu" (you can wiggle your feet under the table).
- All utility fees including wireless internet usage are included in the price.
- Kitchen, dining area and laundry on the 1st floor are shared.
- There is a 4.5 tatami mat size living room on the 2nd floor for sharemates with a TV with CNN, BBC, FOX, AXN, etc. access.
- You need only 1 month rent plus 1 month deposit (total 2 months or \200,000) in the beginning. When leaving, the deposit, minus a cleaning fee of \15,000 on average, will be given back to you. A one-month notice is required before leaving.
- You need to provide your name, address, job/school, age, gender, visa status, etc. for screening.
- Non-smoker and non candle user please. Its an older house so noise cannot be tolerated. Prefer quiet professionals or students. There may be Japanese sharemates too.
