No. Professor Abe is correct in terms of “____ したまさにその場で”--the moment immediately after completing an action, you would use the past tense: “I won!”, “I did it!”, “I just got here”, etc.
However, I’m not sure about his claim that “控え室にもどって試合のビデオを見ながら、’Yeah,..I have made it.’/’I have done it.’ なら可能”. If I’m back in the locker room after winning a fight, I would still be excited and I think I would still be shouting “I won!” because not enough time has passed since “まさにその場で.”
Even after a long time has passed, I would use the past tense: “In 1996, I fought ___ and I won that fight in five rounds.”
If I’m speaking about the fights I’ve won in my boxing career, of course, I would say “I’ve won ___ fights in my career.”
Also, if you look back on the long-term process of accomplishing something, use the “I have ___” form:
“I started working here 30 years ago and I have finally become the President of the company.”
“Ever since I set my goal on winning the championship, it has been one struggle after another, but I’ve done it.”
