Acceptable for what?
If the sentence is correct grammatically?

What does "deeply" refer to?

Do you want to say "I would [deeply] appreciate it if you would . . ."?

Are you asking the other person to think deeply about the sentence? That's not the way people ask someone to read a sentence. Or did you just literally translate the word "ふかく" into English?

"I've [been] stud[ying] English [on my own] for [four] days [now] and I'm still doing it."

- "been studying" because you still study it
- "on my own" sounds more interesting in this case because if you were studying it in school, it would not be out of the ordinary to study a language for four days.
- spell out numbers less than or equal to ten.
